Our mission is to work with organisations to create more inclusive and accessible products and services with the lived experience of people who are chronically ill and disabled at the centre.

We want to work with organisations to deliver radical and innovative engagement projects which increase the relevance, accessibility, and reach of products and services.

 

We do this by facilitating connections to groups of users who are historically underserved. We support them to bring their lived experience expertise to processes of transformation and inclusive design.
